We go out and find new customers for the businesses we work with. They pay for the customers we bring in.
Our people are trained to represent each client properly. When they’re out there, they’re the face of that business.
When a client needs more, we bring on more people. We only grow as fast as we can train people to do the job well.
If there’s something to sell and someone to sell it to, we’re in business.
Most businesses already have something worth selling. What they’re short on is people out there actually selling it. That’s us. It’s not complicated work, but it is hard, and it’s the part most companies would rather give to someone else.
I started Conqur on a pretty simple belief: the best way to grow a business is to put a good person in front of a customer and let them get on with it.
Our clients are trusting us with their name, so the main thing I care about is the standard of the people we send out. That’s really my job: hire well, train them properly, and develop winners. If the people are good, the sales are good. It’s not much more complicated than that.
